Eligibility and Subscription
The Service is available to all customers who own or lease a vehicle, agree to these Terms and Conditions, and have subscribed to the Service by paying the required fee.
Usage
Customers will receive a QR code from Vahan App by Amigoo IT Solutions Private Limited to be placed in an easily accessible and visible location on their vehicle.
Passersby can scan this QR code to report information about the vehicle’s parking status, safety concerns, or other relevant issues.
Information Provided
The Service facilitates communication between passersby and vehicle owners, allowing for reports on parking status, safety concerns, or other relevant vehicle information.
Vahan App by Amigoo IT Solutions Private Limited does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the information provided by passersby.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for placing the QR code in a visible and accessible location on their vehicle.
Customers must ensure their contact information is up-to-date to receive notifications from passersby.
Mandatory Information Sharing
By subscribing to the Service, customers agree to provide Vahan App by Amigoo IT Solutions Private Limited with mandatory information, including but not limited to vehicle details, contact information, and any other data required for the Service.
